Serverlogs
Purpose of the processing
When you visit our website, the web server collects usage data (so-called server logs). The collection of this data is necessary to technically enable the connection to our server and the use of the website. This data is also used to prevent and analyze attacks.
The following server logs are collected
The IP address of the requesting device, together with the date, time, the request, which file is requested (name and URL), the amount of data transferred to you, a message as to whether the request was successful, identification data of the browser and operating system used, and the website from which the access was made (if the access was made via a link).
Legal basis of the processing
Your data is processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in ensuring the operation of the service and system security.
Recipient of the data
The web server for the operation of our website is technically operated by Ledl.net GmbH (server location: Austria) as a processor. If there has been a hacker attack, the data from the server logs will be passed on to the law enforcement authorities. No other data will be passed on to third parties.
Further information
The server logs are stored for a maximum of 2 months.
Web analysis
We analyze the use of our website using the Matomo tool (www.matomo.org), a service of the provider InnoCraft Ltd, 150 Willis St, 6011 Wellington, New Zealand. The European Commission has determined that New Zealand has a level of data protection that meets the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation: https://commission.europa.eu/law/law-topic/data-protection/international-dimension-data-protection/adequacy-decisions_en
Cookies
To carry out the web analysis Matomo keine Cookies, so that the user’s consent to the analysis is not required. Instead, Matomo uses the visitor’s config_id for the analysis – a randomly set, anonymized, time-limited hash of a limited number of the visitor’s settings and attributes. The config_id or config hash is a character string that is calculated for a visitor based on their operating system, browser, browser plugins, IP address and browser language. The non-personal analysis data, e.g. the number of visits to the website or to the website’s search function, is stored exclusively on the server of the Federal Chamber of Civil Engineers and neither on the user’s device nor on Matomo’s servers.
Your rights
In principle, you have the right to information, correction, deletion, restriction, data portability, revocation and objection with regard to your data stored by us. If you believe that the processing of your data violates data protection law or your data protection claims have otherwise been violated in any way, you can complain to us at office@notar.tirol or the data protection authority.
